Turning to the right, you come to the Guanyin Terrace, one of the four pilgrimage path sites. Facing north, this Guanyin bronze statue, stands 12 meters high. Being one of the 33 various forms in Chinese cultural tradition, she is known as "Duoluo Guanyin." Duoluo is the Chinese transliteration of the Sanskrit tārā, meaning "crossing over from suffering." The left hand is in the wish-granting gesture, indicating the bestowal of blessings, the right hand is in the gesture of fearlessness, representing protection and Bodhisattva's compassion for dispelling fear. Guanyin faces the Pacific Ocean, indicating her vow to rescue all those cast adrift in the ocean of suffering. The three sides of the statue's base are inscribed with verses and the 12 bodhisattvas from the Sūtra of Perfect Enlightenment, who use their transcendent wisdom to help Duoluo Guanyin ferry all sentient beings. Across the endless sea of suffering. At the back of the base is inscribed with the six syllable mantra"Om mani padme hum." Visitors often come here to circumambulate Guanyin, pray and turn the prayer wheel as a way of paying homage to Guanyin and invoking her blessings.

Surrounding the Guanyin Terrace is the Stupa Forest consisting of 53 stupas in various styles. Next to Guanyin is the Stupa of the Buddhas representing Triyana spirit. Overlooking the Guanyin Terrace, the stupas are built in three different styles Theravāda, Mahayana, and Vajrayāna—giving a striking visual impression of Oneness and how spiritual practice at Ling Jiou Mountain is Triyana as one Buddhayana, embarking on a Budhisattva path to benefit self and others. The stūpas at Ling Jiou Mountain contain such sacred objects as Buddha images, relics, scriptures, monastic robes, and a few strands of Master Hsin Tao's hair. These are the testimony of holiness of the site. This is a good place for silent recitation of the Buddha's name and the circumambulation of a stupa always done in a clockwise direction for clearing away obstructions and invoking the Buddha's blessings.
