尋訪完四大名山，沿著布施之道往上走，我們到達荖蘭山頂，這裡是靈鷲山的十一面觀音塔群，灰白色基座上於金色蓮華中，綻現的十一面燦金聖像，有九張嘴角微啟的慈悲相，十一張臉對應十一個方向，含有普攝一切方位，救度蒼生的隱喻，這是心道法師閉關處之一，平時這裡並不對外開放。在這個寂靜之地，遠眺臺灣東北角勝景，便能感受海納百川，有容乃大的開闊胸襟，讓心靈深處都得到了淨化。

 

靈鷲山的「聖山寺金佛園區」建設計畫，這裡供奉三尊經過當今泰國國王應准鎔鑄的十四世紀素可泰王朝的國寶金佛，成功佛、圓滿佛、平安佛，這三尊殊勝無比的金佛進駐，成為北臺灣福隆一帶的心靈新地標，也是東北角最重要的心靈修憩、宗教藝術與人文的參訪勝地。心道法師說，建造金佛園區目的很簡單，就是造福地方、造福台灣、造福人間、造福世界，2006年配合總本山「華嚴聖山」的啟動聖山寺成為重點建設，「金佛園區」的計畫於是就這麼展開了。

Moving uphill on Generosity Way , brings us to the top of the mountain where an eleven-faced Guanyin sets on top of an ash-white base rising out of a golden lotus. This sacred and majestic statue with 11 heads facing all directions signifies that Guanyin watches over all sentient beings in the world. Since this is one of the places where Master Hsin Tao goes on retreat, it's usually not open to the public. This spot also offers a panoramic view of northeastern Taiwan, and is a good place for contemplating the expansiveness of the ocean, hence, purifying the mind.
