「宜蘭餅食品有限公司」創辦人劉鐙徽也是現任董事長，運用其四十年糕餅點心經驗，於民國90年成功研發「鮮奶」口味0.1公分超薄牛舌餅，並將之命名為「宜蘭餅。

 

 

 

劉師傅斥資上億元，打造出全國第一家結合在地人文、休閒旅遊、教育知性的旗艦級糕餅觀光工廠，宜蘭餅發明館就此誕生。

 

 

「宜蘭餅發明館」位於蘇澳鎮，佔地超過一千六百坪，園區內的佈置結合傳統與現代，鎮館之寶「大理石板」，即為創辦人成功研發宜蘭餅的基石，館中並展示具有百年歷史的糕餅印等文物，使得該館深具文化、觀光、餐飲、踏青等旅遊價值。

He named it “Yilan Cake “ Mr. Liu spent hundreds of millions dollars to build the “i-Cake Museum”, which combines local culture,local culture,local recreation and education. The over 1,600square meter i-Cake Museum is located in slab in the museum is a symbol of the milestone the Yilan Cake represent. which
