「宜蘭餅食品有限公司」創辦人劉鐙徽也是現任董事長,運用其四十年糕餅點心經驗,於民國90年成功研發「鮮奶」口味0.1公分超薄牛舌餅,並將之命名為「宜蘭餅。
劉師傅斥資上億元,打造出全國第一家結合在地人文、休閒旅遊、教育知性的旗艦級糕餅觀光工廠,宜蘭餅發明館就此誕生。
「宜蘭餅發明館」位於蘇澳鎮,佔地超過一千六百坪,園區內的佈置結合傳統與現代,鎮館之寶「大理石板」,即為創辦人成功研發宜蘭餅的基石,館中並展示具有百年歷史的糕餅印等文物,使得該館深具文化、觀光、餐飲、踏青等旅遊價值。
