醫學人文博物館位於醫學校區，館舍建於1907年，由近藤十郎所設計，採用法國風格後期文藝復興樣式。本館之保存與修復，以注入人文精神於古蹟建築為主，並彰顯其長期伴隨臺灣本土醫學發展的珍貴歷史價值。啟用後，主要做為本院醫學人文教育、醫學文物展示及校友師生交誼之中心，期能激勵學生師法前人、承先啟後，發揮潛移默化的教育功能。館內的醫學文物展示室定期舉辦專題展示，揭示本院在臺灣醫學發展之貢獻，展現醫學各領域在臺灣發展之過程及特色，並提供教師做為醫學人文領域之教育及研究材料。

Museum of Medical Humanities is located at College of Medicine Campus. The building was completed in 1907, designed by Kondo Juro, who adopted the French architectural style in the late Renaissance period. The preservation and reconstruction of Medical Humanities Building represent the humanistic spirit of the historic buildings as well as the precious historical value of the long-term development of Taiwanese local medical science. Since it was put into service, the Medical Humanities Building has become the center for medical humanities education, the exhibition of artifacts related to medical culture, and social center for alumni, faculty members, and students. The exhibition rooms regularly hold special medical and cultural exhibitions, demonstrating the contributions of the college to medical development in various fields in Taiwan. It also provides teachers with educational and research information related to medical humanities.
