臺大物理文物廳位於校總區二號館一樓，包含有原子核物理、普物實驗儀器展示廳、早期實驗儀器展示室及科學走廊。原子核物理最早成立，展示亞洲最早期Cockcroft-Walton型直線加速器等相關科學文物。加速器是在臺北帝國大學時期，由荒勝文策教授團隊所建造，於1934年完成追加實驗，為亞洲創舉。二戰後，戴運軌教授受命接收臺北帝大成立臺大物理系，籌設重組高電壓直線加速器，於1948年完成人工擊破鋰原子的實驗。2005年由許雲基教授團隊帶領年輕一代合力重組亞洲第一台直線加速器，並以影像紀錄及口述紀錄片串起科學的脈絡。目前本館陸續將具歷史意義自製普物實驗儀器擴充展示作為普物及科普教學之推廣應用。

NTU Heritage Hall of Physics is located in Building No.2, including Nuclear Physics, showroom of General physics laboratory and early experiment apparatuses and also Scientific gallery. Nuclear Physics section was the first to be established. It displays the first generation of Cockcroft-Walton linear accelerator and some related scientific items. In 1934, Professor Arakatsu's team built the linear accelerator and accomplished this experiment during the period of Taihoku Imperial University. After Wll, Professor Dai, Yun-Gui, was appointed to supervise the university and establish Physics Department. In 1948, the remaining members of Arakatsu's team rebuilt the linear accelerator and made the experiment work again. In 2005, Professor Hsu, Yun-Ji led a group of young people to reassemble the very first linear accelerator. The whole process was videotaped and made into documentary film. This Heritage Hall continually displays historical handmade apparatuses for the application of popular science.
