何榮師傅於1979年加入香港中菜廚師行列。之後，他先後於多間極負盛名的中國酒店及酒樓發揮廚藝，其中包括了在上海波特曼麗嘉酒店中菜廳及金茂北京威斯汀大飯店中菜廳擔任行政總廚。2008年移居溫哥華，並榮膺福聯海鮮酒家行政總廚。
何師傅以其精彩廚藝，曾被世界中國烹飪聯合會表揚為國際中餐大師。於北京舉辦的2008年第6屆中國烹飪世界大賽，何師傅更榮獲特金獎及個人全場總冠軍兩項殊榮。
享有如此成就與累積豐富經驗，令何榮師傅樂於為喜愛傳統中菜的朋友，獻上其極具心思的滋美佳肴。

Chinese chefs are dedicated to the tradition, promotion and elevation of Chinese culinary heritage. "Chinese Master Chefs" are the focal point of the 5th annual Chinese Restaurant Awards. They blaze the trail for many aspiring young chefs who follow in their footsteps. Fans and connoisseurs of Chinese food can peek into their culinary journeys and successes, and witness how they incorporate fresh and high quality Canadian ingredients into their authentic Chinese dishes.

The eight master chefs, selected for the first chapter of Chinese Master Chefs launched in 2013, are recognized for their award record at the Chinese Restaurant Awards and their international achievement.

「廚 Chinese Master Chefs」是第五屆中國食肆大獎重點企劃，與大眾食客一同感受八位溫哥華殿堂名廚之廚藝里程，及他們以加拿大新鮮食材烹調的佳餚創意，並期望對計劃投身和現已就職於中餐飲食業的年輕廚師作多一分鼓勵。

8位大廚是此次計劃的先驅，他們醉心廚藝，每一刻都肩負滿足食客味蕾的重任，在廚藝領域上累積多年豐富經驗，並曾在中國食肆大獎或在國際上獲得重要獎項及名譽。
